4 - Online Help
A valuable feature of the BFC Expenses module is the availability of online help at every level.  Each page has an associated help page including a description of the fields and buttons on the page and other pertinent information about the page.  For example, if Sue was wondering about the difference between the 'Save' and 'Submit' buttons she could have initiated online help and read about the difference.
